IGS Energy announced that it has acquired DPL Energy Resources, a subsidiary of DPL Inc. and retail affiliate supplier of the utility, The Dayton Power & Light Company, headquartered in Dayton, Ohio. The transaction became effective January 1, 2016.
IGS Energy was recognized as a Best Place to Work by Columbus Business First, placing second in the newly-added extra-large category (at least 250 local employees).
