IGS Energy is Named a Best Workplace for Millennials
More than one in three workers in the U.S. is a millennial – making them the largest generation in the U.S. labor force, according to a recent Pew Research Center analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data. Born between 1981 and 1997, millennial employees are known for seeking out organizations that have a purpose beyond profit, putting a high value on flexibility, community involvement, and benefits offerings that include mental health support, growth and development opportunities, and more.
To determine millennials' workplace preferences, Great Place to Work analyzed feedback representing 413,000 U.S. employees. The result: A list of the 100 best workplace for millennials, which includes IGS Energy.
"We strive to make sure all employees, including millennials, love working here and have everything they need to be happy and successful in their careers,” said Chief People Officer Jenni Kovach. "We want people to feel like family, so we’re delighted that so many employees think so highly of IGS Energy. And with the growth we continue to experience, we're happy to show others how great it is to work here."
