IGS Energy Earns #12 Spot on Inspiring Workplaces' Top 100 List
For the second consecutive year, IGS Energy lands on Inspiring Workplace's list of the Top 100 Workplaces in North America.
This week, the Inspiring Workplaces organization announced its Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list in North America, and IGS Energy landed at number 12 on the list.
In creating this list, an independent panel of judges assessed companies on six key elements that the organization believes are fundamental to creating an inspiring, people-first workplace. The six criteria are:
- Culture and purpose
- Company leadership
- Employee wellbeing
- Inclusion and diversity
- Employee communication
- The employee experience
These elements were also available to be judged separately for special recognition in each discipline. IGS Energy received two special recognition certificates, for best-in-class culture and purpose and best-in-class leadership.
